3. Service Description Future Marketing provides customizable AI chatbot solutions that require an ongoing subscription. Services include chatbot development, maintenance, and periodic updates based on the subscription plan chosen.
4. Account Registration and Responsibility Users must register for an account to access subscription services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, all activities that occur under the account, and any other actions taken in connection with the account.
5. Payments and Billing Subscription fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. Fees may be subject to change with prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property Rights The AI models, software, workflows, and all intellectual property rights therein are the property of Future Marketing. Use of the service does not grant any ownership rights to the users.
7. User Conduct Users agree not to misuse the services or help anyone else do so. This includes, but is not limited to, refraining from interfering with services and not bypassing any security measures.
8. Termination and Suspension Future Marketing reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services for any reason, at its discretion, including for service misuse or breach of terms.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability Services are provided "as is" without any warranties. Future Marketing will not be responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use or inability to use the services.
10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction where Future Marketing is located, and will be governed by Malaysia laws.
11. Modifications to Terms Future Marketing reserves the right to modify terms at any time, with changes taking effect when posted on the website.
